Students from LA8 have been experiencing the magic of Sensorium Theatre through a series of immersive, sensory-rich incursions inspired by the much-loved children’s book We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury.

Each session brought elements of the story to life in creative and engaging ways. One week they explored the theme of water, where students interacted with the sights, sounds, and sensations of rivers, rain, and splashes. Another focused on Grass, inviting students to explore the textures, scents, and movement of grassy fields.

These inclusive performances were designed to support students of all abilities, encouraging sensory exploration, communication, and imaginative play. A big thank you to Sensorium Theatre for creating such a joyful and meaningful experience for our school community!
